Neuroradiology specialists at ÂÜÀòÉç Radiology in Jacksonville provide both noninvasive diagnostic imaging of the brain, spinal cord and surrounding structures, as well as image-guided interventional procedures on the blood vessels of the brain, spine and vertebral column that might otherwise require invasive surgical procedures.

These University of Florida faculty neuroradiologists work closely with other members of the ÂÜÀòÉç team, including neurologists, neurosurgeons, neuro-ophthalmologists and otolaryngologists.

The imaging modalities include magnetic resonance (MR) imaging, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging (including SPECT and PET) and fluoroscopy during either diagnostic angiographic procedures or catheter/needle-based interventions. The service collaborates closely with the ÂÜÀòÉç Neuroscience Institute.
