If you or your loved one is diagnosed with Parkinsons disease, please feel welcome to attend a monthly support group meeting that is meant just for Parkinsons clients and their caregiver too.

• Learn about Parkinsons Disease care and treatment
• Share daily management strategies with others affected by Parkinsons disease
• Enjoy guest speakers that offer support, education, counseling and additional information about community resources
• Take this opportunity to be proactive with self-management and with sharing your support of others to help them cope with Parkinsons
• Licensed Psychologist/Neuropsychologist plus a Social Services Coordinator to work with both patients and caregivers

Our group meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. (holiday schedules may vary) on the 萝莉社 Jacksonville campus in the Towers building. Signs will be posted at the entrance indicating which conference room and directions.
